To get and stay focused, and to being underwhelmed is the secret to being successful at whatever you want to do. You can’t learn to play piano, banjo, accordion and drums all at once – master one and move onto the next is the idea. Business is that way, getting an idea and developing it to the best of your ability is the way to success.

Of course you can start a business by performing the work yourself. But, in addition to personally doing the service, there is another way to compound your income with very little added expense.
 
Now let’s assume that from your testing of your business idea that you found that there was quite a bit of interest in your home pc repair and cleanup service.  And, during the testing phase you noted that most of the pc problems had to do with cleaning up “junk” files, registry errors and so forth.
 
Perhaps you could even find one or more software programs that the pc owners could have downloaded to clean up their own computers, if they only knew how to do it.  Maybe you could sell them imstructions describing how to do just that, then sell them the software, and not have to go to their homes at all, but still get paid!
